Spice Cowboy is a Tripel from Den Duiyk Brewing Company in Zwolle, crafted since 2015 by two friends devoted to artisanal brewing. This unfiltered beer combines English and West American hops with barley and water to create a fresh, subtly sweet tripel. Citrus notes are characteristic of the style, emerging from an extra measure of hop. The beer strikes a balanced profile with a pleasant hop bitterness that remains restrained. At 7.4% alcohol, Spice Cowboy carries enough body to let both the subtle sweetness and hop character shine through. Works well with rich fish, spiced dishes and meat.
