The 015 is the city beer of Delftse Stadsbrouwerij De Koperen Kat, brewed since 2011 in the former Dutch cable factory on Schieweg. This crisp, lightly bitter pilsner displays a bright golden colour and straightforward appeal. Fresh and aromatic with subtle fruity character, it balances easy drinkability with clean, dry finish. Serve chilled at 4–6°C as an everyday beer or alongside food.
