Ochtendgloren from De Nachtbrouwerij is a blonde ale at 7.7% ABV, brewed by Jack Nollen in Dongen. The name plays on the brewery's philosophy: while Nollen brews at night to focus undisturbed, this beer bears the name of dawn. This fresh and fruity blonde ale combines Pilsner and Caramel malts with a blend of American hops: Galena, Chinook, Cascade, Simcoe and Amarillo.
