De Laatste Brouwers, the duo of Nico de Laat and Stefan de Brouwer from Berkel-Enschot, have been brewing craft beer with a twist since 2017. This Houtgelagerde Herfstbock is a sweet autumn bock aged on French oak and infused with pear. On opening, aromas of caramel, chocolate and pear emerge. The palate showcases light coffee and caramel, complemented by warming alcohol and subtle vanilla notes. The finish is elegant, with oak, pear and vanilla tones that blend seamlessly together.
