Baxbier Brewery in Groningen crafts this playful Imperial IPA with a distinctly fruity character. Founded in 2014 by cycling friends Jeroen Bax and Sepp Jansen, the brewery is known for its 'seriously playful' approach to beer-making. This beer emerged from an experiment: a single 2000-litre base batch was split into five different fruity variants. The result is an Imperial IPA at 8.2% ABV distinguished by tropical and fruity notes, reflecting the brewery's signature use of generous hop quantities and creative twists.
