The beer delivers a rich, chocolatey character with smoky notes and a subtle tartness that defines the brewery's approach. At 9% ABV and hopped with Nugget, it develops a full dark body with soft carbonation from bottle conditioning. The nose promises intense coffee and cocoa with dark fruits and Belgian yeast character. On the palate, sweet caramel and chocolate emerge alongside light red fruit and a wine-like acidity. The finish is dry with assertive bitterness.
