This German-style wheat beer draws on the classic brewing tradition of water, malt, hops and yeast to deliver a refreshing pour with fruity character. The name reflects the barley varieties at its heart. At 5% ABV, it is an approachable beer suited to casual enjoyment, whether at home or in the brewery's tasting room. De Brouwschuur operates from a converted 1912 industrial building on the Industriekade, a former foundry that now hosts the brewery and its welcoming taproom.
