De Brouwploeg, a collective of four beer enthusiasts from Beugen, revived their village's brewing heritage in 2020 after nearly a century of silence. Kaatje Tripel is their debut beer: a blonde tripel with light haze, crafted from three malts, three hops and spices. The palate is soft and spiced, finishing with a gentle bitterness that lingers. Bottle-conditioned for added complexity, this craft tripel balances sweetness with a dry, persistent aftertaste.
