Inedit is a distinctive collaboration between Damm, Spain's oldest brewery founded in Barcelona in 1876, and renowned chef Ferran Adrià of El Bulli. This wheat beer blends barley and wheat malts with a curated spice profile—coriander, orange peel and liquorice—creating a beer designed to complement food.
