Estrella Damm Daura is a gluten-free pilsener from Spanish brewery Damm, developed through research collaboration with Spain's National Scientific Research Council (CSIC). Brewed with traditional ingredients—barley malt, rice and hops—gluten is removed via enzymatic hydrolysis, preserving authentic beer flavour and character. The result is a clear, refreshing pilsener that does not compromise on taste. Daura delivers a balanced profile with sweet malt notes and pleasant bitterness. Light and crisp, it drinks easily and suits warm climates well. At 5.4% ABV, it's approachable and thirst-quenching. Since its 2006 launch, Daura has earned numerous international accolades, including World's Best Gluten-free Beer at the 2023 World Beer Awards.
