Holy Cowl is a Belgian-style Tripel from Craftwerk Brewing, the craft research and development arm of German brewery Bitburger. Brewmaster Stefan's admiration for monastic Belgian brewing traditions inspired this interpretation, blending Belgian character with German precision. The aroma is fresh and fruity with pronounced floral notes. On the palate, biscuity malt, toffee, and floral hops form the core, accompanied by ester-driven fruitiness and spicy phenolic hints of clove. The finish is clean and dry.
