Imparable is the West Coast IPA from Basqueland Brewing Project, brewed in San Sebastián in Spain's Basque Country. This golden beer leads with grapefruit, pineapple and passionfruit, driven by Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra dry-hopping. The hop character is assertive yet balanced. Citrus and pine resin notes complement the fruity profile without overwhelming the palate. At 6.8% ABV, Imparable delivers the hop-forward character of a West Coast IPA while maintaining drinkability. The brewery, founded in 2015, crafts beer in the spirit of Basque culinary tradition.
