Victoria Málaga has been the signature lager of the Andalusian city of Málaga since 1928. The brewery was founded on 8 September, the feast day of Santa María de la Victoria, Málaga's patron saint—from which the beer takes its name. This lager is brewed with barley malt that brings subtle sweetness, complemented by a restrained hop presence. The result is a golden, bright beer with balanced flavour and refreshing character. On the palate it feels medium-bodied, gently crisp, with hop notes gradually becoming more prominent in the finish.
