This beer marries the intensity of a dark stout with freshly roasted coffee from Emy J's Coffee, deepened by time spent in American bourbon barrels. Coffee dominates the palate, supported by vanilla and tannin structure from the barrel aging. The bourbon maturation adds warmth and complexity to the stout's full, rich base.
