Cantina Errante 20 Con Sangiovese is a spontaneously fermented wild ale from Tuscany, brewed with organic local barley and raw wheat from evolutionary populations. Aged 18 months in wooden barrels and co-fermented with local Sangiovese grapes, this beer represents a pure fermentation with no added cultures or bacteria. The nose reveals yellow fruit, vinous character and herbal notes. On the palate, complexity unfolds through layered acidity ranging from lactic to delicate acetic tones, with pronounced citrus and a gently vinegary edge. The beer captures the terroir and slow, patient fermentation philosophy of the Cantina Errante project.
