Camba Bavaria's Chiemsee Hopla is a dry-hopped lager that bridges tradition and innovation. At 5.4% ABV, it combines Pilsner, Munich and caramel malts with Bavarian lager yeast, finished with Tradition, El Dorado and Citra hops. The beer presents a golden-amber colour with a crisp, floral hop aroma. Fresh citrus zest, grassy notes and subtle fruity character emerge from the glass. On the palate, a tangy freshness balances light malt sweetness against grassy, slightly fruity hop bitterness, with hints of citrus and tropical notes of tangerine. Camba Bavaria, founded in 2008 in Truchtlaching within the Chiemgau region, evolved from a technical centre into a craft brewery that honours Bavarian brewing heritage while pushing creative boundaries.
