Burnt Mill's Multiverse Series Level 3 is a 6% New England IPA from Suffolk, built around Galaxy, Strata and Simcoe hops. The brewery combines extra pale malt, chit and flaked oats to create a soft foundation where Galaxy takes the lead, supported by Strata and Simcoe for aromatic balance. The beer pours hazy orange with a white head. On the nose, citrus and stone fruit dominate: orange, pineapple and grapefruit. The palate echoes these fruity notes with subtle bitterness that remains restrained and approachable.
