Jungle Joy from Brussels Beer Project is a fruited take on the Dubbel style, brewed with mango and passion fruit without added sugar or artificial flavourings. The beer builds on a malt base of pale, Munich, Pilsner, Wiener and Caramunich varieties, balanced with restrained bitterness from Magnum and Hersbrucker hops. The tropical fruits deliver bright, exotic character with a subtle tartness that cuts through the malted sweetness. The finish is dry and slightly astringent, giving this beer a distinctive edge. Top-fermented and bottle-conditioned, Jungle Joy has been a flagship offering in Brussels Beer Project's core range since 2017.
