GreyJoy is an Imperial IPA from Budapest that embodies the ambition of Hungary's emerging craft beer scene. At 9% ABV, this beer delivers a full, assertive character. The nose opens with honey, hop resin and citrus fruit, complemented by subtle tea notes. On the palate, sweet malt arrives first, followed by orange and grapefruit, before a dry, bitter finish takes hold.
