Het Blonde Bier from Brouwerij Vandeoirsprong continues four centuries of brewing heritage in Oirschot. The brewery reopened in 2015 at the historic De Kroon site. This blonde ale is full and creamy, brewed with Münchener malt that adds subtle character to the beer. A yeast strain that ferments nearly all sugars creates a dry, elegant finish with pleasant spice notes. The nose shows malt and grassy elements, while the palate is round and full with a refined spiced aftertaste. A beer in the Belgian tradition that pairs well with roasted poultry and white fish.
