BRLO has brewed this Berlin classic since the brewery's founding in 2014. The Berliner Weisse is a light, refreshing wheat beer with subtle tartness developed through traditional kettle souring. At just 4% ABV, it is an elegant low-alcohol beer with persistent carbonation and a dry finish. The flavour balances citrus notes with gentle lactic acidity, built on a foundation of barley and wheat malt. The aroma is fresh and grainy. This is a beer that rewards repeated sips, equally at home on a warm afternoon or as an aperitif.
