Sinergia '21 is a three-way collaboration between Trappist breweries Abbazia Tre Fontane (Italy), Rochefort (Belgium) and Westmalle (Belgium). This amber-hued dubbel brings together the brewing heritage of three monastic traditions in a single bottle. The nose reveals dark candy sugar, red fruit and dried fruit character. On the palate, caramel, dried fruit, dates and figs emerge alongside subtle notes of nutmeg and milk chocolate. The beer drinks warm and full-bodied, with a clean, dry finish. At 7.5% ABV, this is a rich dubbel that reflects the combined expertise of three Trappist brewing communities.
