Waardamse Dubbel from Brouwerij Stokhove is a Belgian-style dubbel brewed with top fermentation and 7% ABV. This is a beer to pour slowly, allowing the yeast sediment to settle or blend in as you prefer. The aroma is full and inviting, with the fruity and spicy character typical of Belgian dubbels. Brouwerij Stokhove was founded in 2011 by neighbours Levi Hogenhall and Jan De Waele in Waardamme, driven by a vision to craft high-quality artisanal beers with their own distinctive touch. While Waardamse Tripel has gained wider recognition, Waardamse Dubbel remains a core offering from this independent brewery.
