Sint Crispijn IPA is the light hoppy beer from Stadsbrouwerij Sint Crispijn in Waalwijk, Netherlands. At 4.4% ABV, it offers an approachable entry into the IPA style without sacrificing flavour. The beer emerged from an ambitious project by Brouwerij Brouwersnös in Groenlo: from a single base batch of 2000 litres came five distinct fruity variations. This is a fresh and fruity beer with hop character at its core. The brewery, which opened as Stadsbrouwerij Sint Crispijn in early 2018, brews according to its own recipes with the motto 'life is just fine, Sint Crispijn!' Sint Crispijn IPA pairs well with lighter dishes such as salads, poultry and white fish.
