Pronck Passion Fruit marks the debut of Brouwerij Pronck's Burgundy Fruit Series. This fruit beer builds on a witbier base matured in Burgundy wine barrels, infused with passion fruit, lemon and coriander. The exotic aroma and crisp character deliver a summery freshness. On the palate, passion fruit brings both sweetness and tartness, complemented by subtle spice notes. Carbonation is well-judged—present but restrained. A limited release from the Leiden-based craft brewery, which emphasizes honest brewing with pure ingredients and careful attention to flavour balance.
