This reddish-brown ale at 6.5% alcohol delivers a warm, sweet character with pronounced malt depth. Gruut—a blend of herbs and spices—adds herbal complexity that balances caramel and roasted coffee notes. The aroma is restrained, with subtle hints of malt and spice.
