Stone Cold Crazy is Brouwerij Maximus' take on the American West-Coast IPA, executed as a Cold IPA. Brewed with cold fermentation and rice flakes, it delivers a dry and intensely crisp beer. Idaho 7, Simcoe and Citra hops create an explosion of citrus, stone fruit and pine needle notes, layered with tropical fruit character. The beer is hop-forward and refreshingly dry, with a clean finish that captures West-Coast identity but with extra chill and directness.
