Lust & Zonde from Brouwerij Maallust is a Tripel brewed in the historic grain mill of Veenhuizen, a former penal colony with a distinctive heritage. This unfiltered and unpasteurised Tripel combines wheat malt with Belgian yeast, creating a complex aromatic profile of sweet malt, apricot and subtle spice. The palate is sweet and malty with fruity apricot notes and a gentle peppery finish. At 9% ABV, this Tripel carries a full body and balances light bitterness against the beer's natural sweetness. An artisanal expression crafted with dedication by Maallust's collaborative team of 25 brewers.
