Tweak is an imposing Imperial Stout from Avery Brewing Company in Boulder, Colorado, and a cult classic since 2013. Part of Avery's annual barrel series, this beer is brewed with coffee and aged four months in bourbon barrels, reaching 17.5% ABV. The nose reveals bourbon, coffee and roasted malt. The palate is dominated by toffee, vanilla and coffee, layered with dark chocolate and notes of dark fruit.
