Kom uit de Cask is an ambitious project from Brouwerij Hopperveld in Dinteloord. From a single batch of 2000 litres of base wort, five distinct fruity variants emerged – a testament to the creativity driving this Tripel. The beer presents itself as a strong, yeasty ale with pronounced fruity character. At 9.5% ABV, this tripel reflects the passion of its two founders for flavourful craft beer. The brewery's name itself reveals its focus: a fusion of hop enthusiasm and the family name Van Overveld.
