Scheepsbok is a traditional autumn bock from Brouwerij Homeland, brewed at the historic marine wharf in Amsterdam. This beer is characterised by a rich, malty flavour with notes of red fruit and liquorice, finishing with a light bitter edge. Low fermentation and the use of Saphir hops create a layered, subtly sweet beer with a soft mouthfeel. Wheat in the malt bill adds softness and fullness, while roasted rye brings spiciness and body.
