Hof ten Dormaal Zure van Tildonk is a traditional lambic from Brouwerij Hof ten Dormaal, nestled on a 12th-century farm in Tildonk, Flanders. Since 2009, the Janssels family has brewed with their own-grown hops and barley, making them Belgium's first fully circular brewery. This beer ferments spontaneously using wild yeasts native to the farmland. Zure van Tildonk strikes a refined balance between tartness and subtle sweetness. The palate reveals red fruit and grape skin character without harsh acidity, underpinned by a vinous quality that gives the beer depth and complexity.
