El Dorado from Het Roze Varken is an IPA with a floral and fruity nose. The palate is soft and approachable, with surprising melon notes that emerge gently on the tongue. The finish is pleasantly hop-bitter without excessive harshness. This IPA is part of a distinctive brewing project where a single 2000-litre base batch was split into five different fruity variants. Het Roze Varken, based in Ermelo, has been brewing small-batch specialty beers since 2000, with the formal brewery established in 2013.
