Fck'n Hell is a West Coast IPA brewed by Asperius Brewery, the Amsterdam craft brewery located on Bilderdijkstraat. This is an aggressively hopped beer with a distinctly American character: the aromas speak of spice, floral notes and tropical elements, rounded out by citrus and grapefruit. Hop is the star here. On the nose, the hop character comes through clearly, with spicy and floral qualities. On the palate, tropical and citrus notes follow, accompanied by a herbal undertone. The finish is dry and bitter, as befits a West Coast IPA.
