Deep chocolate and roasted malt form the foundation, enriched with cacao, vanilla, and a blend of Aji Mirasol, Aji Panca and Guajillo chiles. The peppers add layered warmth and complexity without overwhelming the 14% ABV. The nose reveals dark chocolate, toffee and subtle vanilla with barrel notes. The palate follows with coffee, cocoa and roasted character, softened by vanilla sweetness. The chiles provide a gentle tingle without harsh heat. The finish is dry and inviting, with a full body that integrates the alcohol warmth gracefully.
