Fort Lapin Tripel 8 is the flagship creation from artisanal Bruges brewery Fort Lapin, brewed since 2012. This golden blonde tripel features a generous, creamy foam and is crafted with pilsner and wheat malt with a hint of citrus, finishing with bottle refermentation. The nose reveals ripe fruit, citrus and yeast with spicy notes. On the palate, fruity esters dominate with hints of banana, coriander and white pepper, leading to a dry, lightly bitter finish. The body is refined and approachable despite its 8% ABV, making it both flavourful and easy to drink.
