Sancti Adalberti Egmondse Blonde is an abbey beer brewed by Brouwerij Egmond in partnership with St Adelbert's Abbey in Egmond aan den Hoef. It is the only Benedictine abbey beer in the Netherlands. Traditionally brewed with organically cultivated ingredients and linden blossom, which imparts a subtle floral character. The Blonde presents as a bright, golden beer with a fine foam crown. Malt sweetness dominates the palate, complemented by light citrus notes from Mandarin hops and a pleasant bitterness. This is a smooth and approachable beer with a clean finish. Unfiltered and unpasteurised, naturally preserved.
