Uddelaer Blond has been the flagship of Brouwerij De Uddelaer since 2017, located at Kasteel Staverden in Ermelo. This blonde ale delivers a full, spicy flavour profile with 6.5% ABV. Brewed with four different malt varieties and two aromatic hop types, the beer presents subtle notes of honey, banana and grainy character, with hints of citrus. The taste is minimally dry with sweet, pale malty undertones. The texture is soft and smooth with an oily, creamy mouthfeel. Uddelaer Blond strikes an approachable balance between malt character and hop presence.
