This beer emerged from a distinctive brewing experiment: a single base batch of 2000 litres was transformed into five different fruity variants. At 7.5% ABV, it delivers a warming, full-bodied character with rich yeast complexity and pronounced ester profiles. The nose reveals pear and apple esters alongside sweet malt and subtle phenolic spice. On the palate, these elements converge in a balanced expression with a gentle alcoholic warmth.
