Natte Gijt Lam is an 8% Double IPA brewed by Brouwerij De Natte Gijt from Weert in collaboration with Brouwerij De Kneiter and Little Devil Bar. This beer combines Amarillo, Simcoe and Chinook hops into an assertive, fruity IPA with firm bitterness. The brewery, founded in 2011 by brothers Rudy and Marc Nordhausen, is known for pushing flavour boundaries. Where many breweries play it safe, De Natte Gijt experiments with hop, smoke, sourness, fruit and wood. Lam exemplifies this approach: a beer unafraid of intensity and clear character.
