Blauwe IJsbeer S'Lockdown is a dark bock beer at 8% ABV, brewed by Brouwerij De Blauwe IJsbeer in Tilburg. The beer emerged from a distinctive collaboration: a single base brew of 2000 litres was developed into five different fruity variants. It combines soft caramel notes with subtle spice and a pleasant hop bite. The alcohol warmth is present but restrained. A beer designed to bring light to darker moments, balancing sweetness and bitterness in a satisfying finish.
