Strob Zwart from Brouwerij Broekroelofs in Bergentheim is a schwarzbier with character. Its black colour suggests smoky, full-bodied flavours, but the beer surprises with a smooth, crisp and approachable character. At 5.5% ABV, it is a lighter schwarzbier that does not weigh heavily on the palate. The brewery evolved from hobby brewing into full production in the Twente landscape. Each Strob recipe is developed with passion and attention to detail, inspired by the beautiful surroundings of Bergentheim.
