Brothers in Law Maibock is a spring bock from the Utrecht-based brewery of the same name, founded in 2017 by three brothers-in-law. This beer follows the German tradition of the Maibock: a stronger, more aromatic springtime bock than its winter counterpart. The beer presents itself fresh and malty with subtle fruity notes. The hop character adds definition without overwhelming the malt, resulting in a balanced profile that is both approachable and flavourful. At 7.1% ABV, the Maibock carries enough body to support the malty foundation, while the finish remains clean and drinkable.
