Next Generation No. 2 is an Imperial Pilsner from Bronckhorster Brewing Company, part of a series where the brewery's younger brewers develop their own expressions. This robust take on the pilsner style combines classic character with greater depth and strength, anchored by an 8% ABV. The nose carries caramel, malt and hop bitterness. On the palate, malt sweetness leads, followed by fruity notes and warming alcohol. The finish is defined by assertive bitterness that lingers. A full-bodied, characterful pilsner well suited to spiced dishes such as Thai curry.
