Braufactum Colonia is a Kölsch brewed in Frankfurt am Main, stepping outside Cologne's traditional brewing heartland. This fruity and spicy beer presents a mild, light bouquet with bright fruit character. Golden and clear in the glass, it carries a fine, persistent foam. The nose reveals subtle pineapple and fresh citrus notes alongside fresh bread and aromatic herbs. On the palate, grainy and crackery pale malt flavours meet apple flesh and floral-leafy bitterness, balanced by mineral water hardness. A refreshing summer ale that finishes clean and crisp.
