't Pomphuizeke is a blending house in Ghent where founder John sources lambics and wild ales from established Belgian brewers, then blends and bottles them as distinctive expressions. Reviving 50 With a Bottle of Lambiek pairs traditional lambic with Brown IPA—an unexpected marriage of two contrasting styles. This blend walks the line between natural fermented sourness and hop-driven maltiness.
