At 6% ABV and 30 IBU, this crossover balances wheat malt smoothness with fruity hop complexity. The aroma opens with tropical fruit—ripe mango, pineapple and citrus—layered over the classic banana and grain notes of a wheat beer. On the palate, soft wheat character meets restrained citrus hop bitterness, avoiding aggression. The finish is clean and dry, with a crisp, lingering aftertaste.
