Saison d'Erpe-Mere holds a special place in Brouwerij De Glazen Toren's history as the brewery's very first beer, introduced in 2004. Brewed according to the ancient saison tradition of Hainaut, it combines barley and wheat malts with Belgian candi sugar and Hallertauer hops to create a balanced expression of the farmhouse style. At 6.5% ABV, this blonde saison delivers characteristic hoppy citrus aromas alongside a clean, refined bitterness. The complex saison yeast contributes subtle spice and fruitiness without overwhelming the palate.
