Brasserie du Val de Sambre Blanche de Charleroi

About

Blanche de Charleroi is a traditional Belgian wheat beer brewed since 2000 by Brasserie du Val de Sambre in Gozée, Wallonia. This blonde, hazy witbier offers a soft and silky character with a pleasant mouthfeel. Subtle hints of wheat, coriander and spice combine with fruity notes and a crisp, clean finish. The beer presents itself as a refreshing thirst-quencher with balanced bitterness. Aromatic spice and floral notes give it elegance, while light fruit flavours—apple, pear and citrus—provide liveliness. Spicy, herbal undertones add complexity without overwhelming the palate. A versatile beer suited to aperitif service or light cuisine such as mussels.
