About
La Rulles Triple has been the flagship of Brasserie Artisanale de Rulles since 2003, brewed in the Belgian town of Rulles. This dark blonde tripel at 8.4% ABV is crafted with Pilsner malt, wheat malt, and American Warrior and Amarillo hops, then fermented with Belgian yeast. The nose reveals yellow fruits, banana and pear with subtle floral and herbal notes. The palate follows with similar fruit character, complemented by peppery spice and clove. The Belgian yeast integrates seamlessly with the malt sweetness and characteristic sugars. Medium body with restrained carbonation creates a smooth, rounded finish. The brewery sources water exclusively from the Forêt de Rulles (Natura 2000) and brews without added spices, emphasizing the beer's clean character.
